1 Promotion Overview

The 4AM Duck Club Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by The 4AM Duck Club ("Sponsor"). No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who meet the eligibility requirements below.

 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

 

2 Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of The 4AM Duck Club, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such individual are not eligible to participate.

 

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

 

3 Promotion Period

The Promotion begins and ends on the dates published on www.the4amduckclub.com and on The 4AM Duck Club's official social media pages. All entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

 

4 How to Enter — Up to Three (3) Chances to Win

There are three (3) ways to enter this Promotion. Each completed entry method earns one (1) entry into the drawing, for a maximum of three (3) total entries per person. Entry Method 1 is required. Entry Methods 2 and 3 are optional bonus entries.

 

★ 1 REQUIRED — Follow & Post on Social Media. Follow or like The 4AM Duck Club on Facebook (facebook.com/the4amduckclub) or Instagram (instagram.com/the4amduckclub) — participation on one platform is sufficient, both are not required. Then post your favorite duck hunting photo directly on The 4AM Duck Club's page or group. This step must be completed to be eligible for the drawing and earns one (1) entry.

 

• 2 OPTIONAL — Online Entry Form. For a second chance to win, visit www.the4amduckclub.com, click "Play Now," and complete the official entry form with your name and email address. Each eligible person may submit the online form one (1) time. This method earns one (1) additional entry.

 

• 3 OPTIONAL — Email Your Hunting Story. For a third chance to win, email your favorite hunting story to quack@the4amduckclub.com. A photo may be included but is not required. Each eligible person may submit one (1) email entry. This method earns one (1) additional entry.

 

Entry Summary: Entry Method 1 (social media follow + photo post) is the only required step. Entry Methods 2 and 3 are optional — each earns one additional entry. A participant who completes all three methods will have a maximum of three (3) entries in the drawing.

5 Entry Limits

Each eligible participant may earn a maximum of three (3) entries during the Promotion Period — one (1) per entry method. Duplicate submissions within the same entry method (e.g., posting multiple social media photos, submitting the online form more than once, or sending multiple emails to the contest address) will be disqualified, and only the first valid submission per method will be counted.

 

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void and will be disqualified. Entries made using multiple email addresses, social media accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limits will be disqualified.

 

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

 

6 Prize & Approximate Retail Value

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 gift card to a local sporting goods retailer. The 4AM Duck Club prioritizes supporting local small businesses and will select the sporting goods retailer closest to the winners location. Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00 USD.

 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt of the prize.

 

7 Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Because participants may earn up to three (3) entries, a participant with multiple valid entries will have a proportionally greater chance of winning.

 

The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they participated and/or by email at the address provided on their entry form. The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

 

The Sponsor's decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final and binding.

 

8 Exclusions & Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

 

• Entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.

• Entry Method 1 (social media follow + photo post) was not completed — this is the only required method.

• More than one submission per entry method by the same person.

• Use of multiple or fake social media accounts, email addresses, or identities to obtain additional entries beyond the maximum of three (3).

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to enter.

• Social media account is set to private at the time of entry verification, preventing confirmation of the required photo post.

• Submitted photo or story content is not related to duck or waterfowl hunting, or contains content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise violates applicable law or the terms of service of Facebook or Instagram.

• Entrant is an employee, contractor, or immediate family/household member of The 4AM Duck Club or its affiliates.

• Entrant provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information on the entry form or in an email submission.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules in any way.

 

9 Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or Instagram. By participating, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to The 4AM Duck Club, not to Facebook or Instagram.

 

Participation is subject to each platform's respective terms of service and community standards. Entries that violate platform rules may be removed and the associated entry disqualified.

 

10 General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

 

By entering, participants grant The 4AM Duck Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by The 4AM Duck Club without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

 

11 Privacy

Information collected through this Promotion will be used by The 4AM Duck Club in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.the4amduckclub.com. By entering, participants agree to receive communications from The 4AM Duck Club related to this Promotion. Participants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
