1 Promotion Overview
The 4AM Duck Club Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by The 4AM Duck Club ("Sponsor"). No purchase
or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This
Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who meet the eligibility requirements below.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all respects.

2 Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at
least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of
The 4AM Duck Club, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the
immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members
of each such individual are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3 Promotion Period
The Promotion begins and ends on the dates published on www.4amduckclub.com and on The 4AM Duck Club's
official social media pages. All entries must be received before the stated deadline. Entries submitted after the
closing date and time will not be considered. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

4 How to Enter — Up to Five (5) Chances to Win
There are five (5) ways to earn entries in this Promotion. Entry Methods 1, 2, and 3 are the base entry steps — all
three must be completed to be eligible for the drawing. Entry Methods 4 and 5 are optional bonus entries, each
worth one (1) additional entry. The maximum number of entries per person is five (5).
★ REQUIRED BASE ENTRY — Complete All Three Steps on Facebook:
Step 1 — Like the Post
Like the official contest post on The 4AM Duck Club's Facebook page. This is the first required action.

Step 2 — Follow 4AM Duck Club on Facebook
Follow The 4AM Duck Club on Facebook at facebook.com/4amduckclub. Following the page is required to be
eligible for the drawing.
Step 3 — Tag a Hunting Buddy in the Comments
Tag at least one hunting partner in the comments section of the contest post. Each person tagged in a separate
comment counts as one (1) additional entry. There is no limit to the number of hunting buddies you may tag,
provided each tag appears in its own individual comment. Tagging multiple people within a single comment counts
as only one (1) entry.
Entry Summary —
Base

Steps 1, 2, and 3 above must all be completed on Facebook to be eligible. Each
buddy tagged in a separate comment earns one (1) additional entry with no upper
limit on tags.
OPTIONAL BONUS ENTRIES:
Bonus Entry 4 — Instagram
For one (1) additional entry, complete the same three base steps (like, follow, tag) on The 4AM Duck Club's
Instagram post at instagram.com/the4amduckclub. Each person tagged in a separate comment on the Instagram
post counts as one (1) additional entry.
Bonus Entry 5 — Share to Stories
Share the official contest post to your Facebook or Instagram Stories and tag @the4amduckclub in the share so
the Sponsor can verify the action. This earns one (1) additional entry. The Sponsor must be tagged in the Story to
count — shares without a visible tag cannot be verified and will not be credited.
Bonus Entry 6 — Submit Your Hunting Photo
Visit www.4amduckclub.com and submit your favorite duck hunting photo using the official photo submission form.
Each eligible person may submit one (1) photo entry via the website. This earns one (1) additional entry.

5 Entry Limits
Each eligible participant may earn entries as follows: one (1) entry for liking the Facebook post; one (1) entry for
following on Facebook; one (1) entry per hunting buddy tagged in a separate Facebook comment (no limit on
tags, each in its own comment); one (1) entry for completing the same base steps on Instagram; one (1) entry for
sharing to Stories with a tag; and one (1) entry for submitting a photo at www.4amduckclub.com.
Tagging multiple people within a single comment counts as only one (1) entry — each tag must appear in its own
separate comment to earn individual entries.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void and will be disqualified. Entries
made using multiple email addresses, social media accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry
limits will be disqualified.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

6 Prize & Approximate Retail Value
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 gift card to Mack's Prairie Wings® Outdoor Shop. Approximate
Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at the
Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the
advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local
taxes, if any, associated with receipt of the prize.

7 Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on
the total number of eligible entries received. Participants with multiple valid entries will have a proportionally
greater chance of winning.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they
participated and/or by email at the address provided on their submission. The potential winner must respond and
confirm eligibility within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result
in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
The Sponsor's decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final and binding.

8 Exclusions & Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant for any of the following reasons, including but not
limited to:
• Entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.
• The required base entry steps (like the post, follow the page, tag a buddy) were not completed on
Facebook.
• Use of multiple or fake social media accounts, email addresses, or identities to obtain entries.
• Tagging multiple people within a single comment and claiming multiple entries from that comment.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to enter.
• Social media account is set to private at the time of entry verification, preventing confirmation of required
actions.
• Stories share does not include a visible tag of @the4amduckclub.
• Submitted photo content is not related to duck or waterfowl hunting, or contains defamatory, offensive, or
obscene material.
• Entrant is an employee, contractor, or immediate family/household member of The 4AM Duck Club or its
affiliates.

• Entrant provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Failure to comply with these Official Rules in any way.

9 Social Media Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta Platforms,
Inc.) or Instagram. By participating, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability
arising from or related to this Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must
be directed to The 4AM Duck Club, not to Facebook or Instagram.
Participation is subject to each platform's respective terms of service and community standards. Entries that
violate platform rules may be removed and the associated entry disqualified.

10 General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason,
including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the
integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
By entering, participants grant The 4AM Duck Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, social
media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, without additional compensation,
unless prohibited by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by The
4AM Duck Club without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official
Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without giving
effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11 Privacy
Information collected through this Promotion will be used by The 4AM Duck Club in accordance with its Privacy
Policy, available at www.4amduckclub.com. By entering, participants agree to receive communications from The
4AM Duck Club related to this Promotion. Participants may opt out of future marketing communications at any
time.
